ORDER PROCESSING TIME

5-14  business days excluding delivery time.

 

I understand that this is quite a long time and you would like to receive your order quickly, but please understand that I do not keep stock in my store. I create all products by hand specifically for you, so that you receive a clean and high-quality product from me.

After you place and pay for your order, I will start working on it. If I am unable to fulfill the order within this timeframe, I will inform you, and you can decide whether you want to proceed with the order or cancel it.

 

DELIVERY

I only shipping orders within the Netherlands 

 

The usual delivery time is 1-3 working days.

However, I am not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company.

Please note that delivery times may be significantly longer during the pre-holiday period. Keep this in mind.

All orders are shipped with track & trace.

After preparing and assembling your order, I will provide you with information about the shipment and a tracking number.

The delivery cost is calculated in the shopping cart and depends on the weight of the order.
